Jay-Z to sign Lil Wayne??

Jay-z is reportedly contemplating signing Lil Wayne to his newly found Roc Nation imprint. as reported by Illseed of allhiphop.com If this goes down it’ll be really dope, especially if Jay just sits down and markets and promotes. It’s hard passing the torch, especially when your as grat as Jay, but in order to make the new imprint flourish he’s gonna have to be focused and breathe the life, hunger and drive into these artists just like he has. I think he can really take these acts to the next level.

In life you always have to know what position your playing at any given time. You can’t be point guard all the time sometimes you gotta be the forward or the center, whatever you got to do to make the team win. The good ones know where and when to switch positions. Russell Simmons Ordered to Pay $40,000 a Month!

Russell Simmons is ordered to pay $40,000 a month in child support. $20,000 per child, dayuum. Wow, that’s a lot of money but on the flip side Russell makes a whole lot of money. God bless everybody in the situation. I pray the kids grow up appreciative because they really are privileged. I guess if you had it you would happily spend $20,000 a month on your kids they’re special.

NY Millionaire Gets Prison Time for Enslaving Workers.

I gotta say, this is a damn shame. I’ll give you the link to the story but to break it down Varsha Sabhnani held two illegal aliens against their will.  She paid them less than $100 a month, beat them and made them work in her house.

“The victims testified that they were beaten with brooms and umbrellas, slashed with knives, and forced to climb stairs and take freezing showers as punishment. One victim was forced to eat dozens of chili peppers against her will, and then was forced to eat her own vomit when she couldn’t keep the peppers down, prosecutors said.” -associated press

This is just sad. Human beings are the most cherished creatures on this earth, sometimes we treat each other worst than animals. I know you aren’t guilty of heinous crimes like this but we really need to reexamine the way we treat each other. I feel bad for this lady in jail, I’m sure she will get a little taste of her own medicine.

Your Economy is Just Fine.

“You’ll never get what you want, until your happy with what you got” -Sife. How can you successfully work your job and be the employee of the year, when your going on interviews and applying for new jobs everyday. You will never truly value the job you got if you are always looking for another one. You will always have in your mind “I don’t care, because I’m about to get a new job anyway”. Some people keep that same mentality and apply it to everything they do in life.

They hate their car and are always about to get a new one. They hate their mate and can’t wait to move on. They hate their apartment or house, they can’t wait to move. They hate the way they look. It never ends. These times that we live in today don’t make it any better but I’m going to tell you if your reading this ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!

No matter what is going on around you, you have the obligation to enjoy your life. Relax, you will spend your whole life wishing you had something else or wishing what you had was better. Have you ever looked around and thought about all the stuff you do have? Some people struggle everyday to breathe. Some people can’t walk, some people can’t talk or move. No matter how bad your situation it could always be worse. Take some time right now and thank god for everything you have. Your car is messed up so what, at least you have a car. You hate your job, well at least you have a job. your mad that your spouse has flaws, guess what EVERYBODY HA S FLAWS your never going to find the perfect person. So maybe your being a little to hard.

A wise man once told me, sometimes you have to lower your expectations for people cause they’re people. They mess up just like you do, you can’t expect somebody to be perfect. Now I must say don’t get this post misconstrued I’m not saying stay in a volatile relationship, or keep working an unproductive job. No, I’m not saying that at all. I’m saying don’t spend your life hoping and wishing for something better when you have a good thing right in front of you. And if it’s not a good thing there are good qualities in it that you can enjoy. If your not happy with 50 cents, you won’t be happy with a dollar. Happiness is what you make it. Don’t sit on the sideline and say I’ll be happy when I get this, my life will be complete when I get that because it will never work. If you think your life will be happy when you get that big job, and that big money. Then when it comes, you won’t be happy with it because your mind won’t be ready for all the struggles that come with it. They are usually the same struggles you had with the little job .

Be happy with what you got, don’t worry about the economy. Your economy is just fine. Your happiness is not determined or affected by outside forces. Find something good and pleasurable in everything you do.  You have to enjoy your life no matter what’s going on in this world.
